When you find the ideal property you want to buy, but the existing occupant wants to remain for a short period of time, entertain a sale-lease back. Christopher represented the Buyer in this transaction and the Seller needed an additional 6 months to phase out their business. Therefore, we closed the transaction and leased the property back to them for 6 months to allow the Seller to complete their move out.
