After talking with the owner of a property in Santa Fe Springs for a number of years regarding their desire to move operations they had in Huntington Beach closer to their corporate headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, the almost ideal scenario presented itself.  The building next door to their property in Santa Fe Springs became available for sale.  After rigorous negotiations we placed the property under contract and closed in 35 days all cash.

When you find the ideal property you want to buy, but the existing occupant wants to remain for a short period of time, entertain a sale-lease back.  Christopher represented the Buyer in this transaction and the Seller needed an additional 6 months to phase out their business.  Therefore, we closed the transaction and leased the property back to them for 6 months to allow the Seller to complete their move out.
