In my efforts to present my clients with the best solutions, alternatives and opportunities to help grow their business we have to look at off-market opportunities as well as those listed properties. In working with a local dental laboratory, we engaged them on their need for industrial warehouse and R&D space. The requirement had a unique need in that they needed 50% office build out. After viewing current market availabilities nothing fit the requirement. However, through our office network we managed to identify a building that the bank was currently foreclosing on and presented an offer directly to the bank through their agent, a fellow agent at Lee & Associates.
