![]() When your operations have expanded rapidly you cannot always employ the "double the size" mentality when looking for a new warehouse building. Sometimes you need to think larger. After being hired by a client to identify a new facility for them we were coming up against some obstacles in identifying the right place for them. However, we kept coming back to a building that had everything they needed (docks, power, 24' clearance, freestanding...) and the only problem was that it was 10,000 SF larger than we were originally targeting. After negotiations were finished we managed to bridge the gap and make this deal. It will now provide all the amenities our client needed to grow their business, including ample space to expand into.
