![]() When you are a $3 Billion international company distributing cosmetic products to large and local retailers throughout the world and the United States logistics and distribution channels are vital. In this case the company was looking to lease 50,000 +/- SF for a west coast distribution hub. They were currently located in La Mirada, CA in a 24' clearance single dock building. As we surveyed the market in La Mirada and the surrounding area there was a shortage of property that could accommodate their need. Therefore, we looked eastward, to Corona. We solidified a lease on a newer construction 30' clear ESFR sprinklered building with 7 docks. They also reduced their monthly rent by over $0.25 PSF. Being along the 91 freeway, this location still provides excellent distribution channels from the ports of LA and Long Beach eastward across the US.
